'The Queen's Platinum Jubilee' Complete Set

Last year, in 2022, Queen Elizabeth II celebrated her Platinum Jubilee.

Her Majesty became the first monarch in British history to reign for 70 years - a truly historic anniversary.The Queen dedicated her life to the service of our country and reached many important milestones during her lifetime. Elizabeth was proclaimed Queen at the age of 25, on 6th February 1952,after the death of her father, King George VI. Her coronation took place on 2nd June 1953 at Westminster Abbey, London. On 9th September 2015, Queen Elizabeth II surpassed her great-great grandmother Queen Victoria and became the longest-reigning monarch in British history, and then in 2022 she celebrated her Platinum Jubilee having reigned for an incredible 70 years.

When Buckingham Palace announced the death of Queen Elizabeth II on 8th September 2022, it seemed for a few moments as if the world stood still. Queen Elizabeth II was not only the longest-reigning British monarch, but was also one of the most formative and popular monarchs of all time.
