  • Will I still receive offers from Windsor Mint
    Collecting is the perfect hobby when you have to stay at home – and we all need something positive to do now! Therefore, we make every effort to keep you updated with new issues, new offers and interesting news.

  • How can I order
    The safest way to order now is by phone – our customer service is still there for you. Some of us work from home, and some from a larger space in the office that allow social distancing, but we do our utmost for you to receive the same service as always.

  • Will I receive my order?
    Yes! We follow the current Government guidelines and continue delivering your orders whilst stock lasts, but like everyone else we rely on the great effort, that our Royal Mail is making to keep things running smoothly. So please bear with us, if some deliveries take a little longer than you are used to. If any problems or questions, give us a call!

  • When will my card be charged?
    As always, we charge your card when your collector’s piece goes out to you. This means, that in the event of issues being delayed, you don’t need to worry about payments being taken prematurely.

  • How can I make a payment?
    Outstanding balances are easiest to pay by credit or debit card. Please call us to securely make your payment. It might be wise not to send any cheques/postal orders in at this time to limit your trips to the Post Office.

  • I normally pay by cheque, what should I do?
    If you normally pay by cheque, you should have a debit card associated with the same account and this might be a good moment to try this very convenient payment method. Give us a call with your payment card at hand and we guide you through the process.

  • Can I return my order?
    Naturally, you can return any shipment, just like before. For your security and to allow for periods of self-isolation or to allow you to combine trips to the Post Office, we have temporarily extended our no-quibble money back guarantee to 60 days. However, if you cannot / do not wish to visit your Post Office please give us a call and we find a solution that works for you.
