When you order online at Windsor Mint, you can choose to pay by PayPal, credit card or debit card. For orders over £100 you have the option to choose interest-free instalments.
When you choose to pay by PayPal, you are using an online payment service that requires you to register an account with them first. When you are ready to make a purchase select the PayPal option at checkout and enter your PayPal username and password, then PayPal will process the transaction. Your debit or credit card details are only stored with PayPal.
Credit / Debit Card Payment (Mastercard/Visa)
You can pay for your order securely and conveniently by MasterCard or Visa credit or debit card. To pay by credit or debit card you will need to enter the information on your card at the secure checkout page: your name as it appears on your credit / debit card, the card number, the expiry date and the three-digit security code printed on the back of the card. Your order details and card details are entered and stored safely on the safe payment site of our payment provider Novalnet AG. Only the details of your card are transferred (securely) to your bank or credit card company to process the transaction. WINSOR MINT will not receive or store your full credit or debit card details.
In most cases we will only debit your card when the items ordered are shipped to you. We will let you know if the products you ordered are not available or delayed. If you return an item, you will receive an automatic refund. Refunds will be credited onto the card used for the purchase.
Cheque / Postal Order / Bank Transfer
You will receive an invoice, stating our bank details (sort code and account number) and address. Once you receive the invoice, payment is required within 14 days.
You can send us a cheque, a postal order or pay via bank transfer directly into our account.
Payment in instalments (Interest-FREE)
For orders of a value of £100 or more, for selected products you may have the option to pay in interest-free instalments. There are no extra fees for paying by instalments, but a credit check may be carried out first. Details about this payment method can be found in the Special Terms and Conditions ‘Payment in Instalments’. (Agreement to payment by instalments is determined from case to case.)
