Special terms and conditions applicable to payment in instalments

1. Scope of application

These special terms and conditions are applicable for all agreements of payment in instalments, arranged between WINDSOR MINT® and you as our final customer. They complement the terms and conditions of WINDSOR MNT®, where payment in instalments has been agreed. These special terms and conditions are not applicable with extraordinary arrangements of instalments on the basis of special, individually arranged payments on instalments between WINDSOR MINT® and the end customers, for example following a legal dispute. 

2. Primary object of the arrangement of payment in instalments

There is no automatic entitlement to pay in instalments. By accepting payment in instalments, WINDSOR MINT® allows you to pay the amount for a specific product in several equal or different instalments payable to WINSOR MINT®. Pamyent due dates and amounts payable are fixed according to an instalment plan, suggested by WINDSOR MINT®.

The agreement to pay in instalments is not subject to interest or handling fees, hence when you pay in instalments, you effectively pay only the sales price of the products plus postage cost if applicable. (for orders in our online shop www.windsormint.co.uk, see order information: postage cost). 

3. Your rigth of return

By agreeing on payment in instalments, your legal or contractual right of return is not affected in any way.

4. Reservation of ownership / Payments

The goods delivered remain property of WINDSOR MINT® until the payment has been made in full. Payments have to be made at the due dates and in the amount set by the instalment plan. The due dates set by the instalment plan are the deadlines, when the amount payable has to be credited to the WINDOR MINT® account.  It is down to you, in consideration of the time needed for a transaction, to make sure that the credit of the amount agreed on is effectively credited to the WINDOR MINT® account by the date given on the instalment plan. 

If two instalments in total or partly are late, all open payments at that moment, including those not due yet according to the instalment plan, will be due with immediate effect. According to these regulations, you will then have to pay all remaining payment(s) within 10 working days by bank transfer, stating the invoice number to WINDSOR MINT®.
