'Our Father who art in Heaven' Commemorative Strike

One of the most spoken and best loved of prayers worldwide. It unites over 2 billion Christians across the globe. The New Testament states that Jesus himself taught the Lord's Prayer to his disciples. It was first written in Greek, and later during the spread of Christianity it was translated in almost all languages. The prayer comes from the gospel of St Matthew, chapter 6, verses 9-13, part of the Sermon on the Mount. It gives us guidance on how we should pray, not to impress God or to simply get what we want, but with genuine honesty as described in this special prayer.
