'National Anthem' Commemorative Strikes Set with Polymer Ring

The first polymer banknotes have been highly sought-after by collectors and when the first official coins with polymer ring were issued in Germany, they were sold out within hours.

Now, our own national anthem has been commemorated on precious commemorative strikes including new translucent polymer rings in different colours, a difficult technique that only few mints are able to strike.

The new strikes are made in an elaborate minting process - the reason why the mintage of this beautiful edition had to be so rigorously limited to just 9,999 complete collections worldwide.
