By placing an order you are confirming you are 18 years or older.
We only send you confirmation of receipt of your order (by e-mail) if you place an order via our internet shop. However, this does not constitute acceptance of your order by us, but rather is only intended to inform you that we have received your order. The contract of purchase relating to the articles you have ordered comes about under the application of these General Terms and Conditions of Business.

2. Prices

All prices shown on our website and in our advertising are final and include value added tax at the current rate. Additional postage and packing charges apply for each order and are specified at the time of ordering.
We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but it is possible that an error may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment already made for the goods will be refunded in full.

3. Payment

The easiest way to pay for products displayed on our website or in our advertising is by Visa or Mastercard. Alternatively you can also pay by cheque or a postal order. 4. Delivery and Supply

All prices and offers quoted are only valid for orders delivered to The United Kingdom.
Post and packing charges will apply and are indicated at the time of placing your order.
Unless stated otherwise standard delivery is via Royal Mail postal service.
We reserve the right to despatch goods up to 28 working days after receipt of your order. We will make every effort to deliver within 28 days but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within 28 days please contact us. We will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
For logistical reasons we are currently only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Please note that PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses are not acceptable.
For organisational reasons goods may be despatched from different European locations; but this will be at no extra cost to you our customer.
All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order.
If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money that you have paid.

5. Returns and Cancellation

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. Upon receipt of your item in its original condition, we will refund to you any money that you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. You do not have to pay return postage if the items are faulty. In accordance with UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and the European Distance Selling Directive you are entitled to a 7-day cooling off period, starting from the date of receipt of your goods. The warranty is subject to the (legal) terms of the Federal Republic of Germany. Our warranty period is 24 months. We are required by law to vouch for the fact that items delivered to you bear the similar characteristics to those advertised. If this is not the case, a fault is present. In legitimate cases of complaints about the goods you have received we will arrange to despatch missing items or exchange any faulty items. Should this not be possible, we will refund you the cost of the item/s or offer you a discount.
